The importance Islam places on health, the Prophet's health advice, and principles of body care.

Health is regarded as one of the greatest blessings Allah has given to humans in Islam. Prophet Muhammad said: "There are two blessings which many people are deceived about: health and free time," emphasizing the value of health. We should treat our bodies as a trust and fulfill our responsibility to protect them.

The Prophet's dietary recommendations are extremely healthy and balanced. He advised eating little, dividing the stomach into three parts, beginning meals with bismillah, and eating with the right hand. He informed about the benefits of foods like honey, olive oil, dates, milk, and black seed. The saying "The stomach is the house of disease, and diet is the foundation of every cure" reflects Islam's preventive medicine approach.

Physical cleanliness is a prerequisite for worship in Islam. Personal care practices such as ablution, ghusl, dental hygiene, hair care, and nail trimming are considered natural dispositions (fitrah). Using the miswak is one of the most important sunnahs of the Prophet.

Seeking treatment during illness is encouraged in Islam. The Prophet said: "Seek treatment, for Allah has not created a disease without creating a cure for it." However, believing that healing comes from Allah and praying during the treatment process should not be neglected.
