The daily routine of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his worship life, relationship with his family, and treatment of people.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the finest example in human history and the last messenger of Allah. His daily life serves as a guide for every Muslim. Almighty Allah states in Surah Al-Ahzab: "Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example." The Prophet divided his day among worship, family life, and serving people. He would wake before the dawn prayer, perform the tahajjud (night) prayer, and supplicate to Allah. He greatly loved worshipping in the early hours of the day.
The family life of the Prophet was built upon love, respect, and compassion. He treated his wives with utmost kindness and understanding. He would help with household chores, mend his own clothes, repair his shoes, and milk the goats. Aisha said: "He was a man in the service of his family." He would play with children, carry his grandchildren on his shoulders while praying, and never hurt any child. His family life is the finest example for all Muslim families.
In his relationships with people, the Prophet was always merciful, patient, and just. He never turned away anyone who came to his door in need. He would help the poor, visit the sick, attend funerals, and listen to everyone's concerns. He would spread the greeting of peace and was always the first to give salaam. He would smile at people's faces and address everyone by their name. He was a person of cheerful countenance, sweet speech, and gentle temperament.
The eating and drinking habits of the Prophet were extremely simple and balanced. He preferred eating little and would divide his stomach into three parts: one-third for food, one-third for water, and one-third for air. His table usually contained dates, barley bread, milk, honey, and olive oil. He would begin eating with bismillah, eat with his right hand, and praise Allah after finishing. He would drink water while sitting and complete it in three sips. This simple lifestyle forms the foundations of healthy nutrition.
The Prophet engaged in trade, earned his living through lawful means, and encouraged working with one's own hands. He commanded honesty in business transactions and prohibited fraud and deception. He would consult with his companions, value their opinions, and make decisions through collective wisdom. He loved joking but never allowed even his jokes to contain lies. His life demonstrates that Islam is not merely a belief system but a livable guide for life.
