Supplication While Placing Hand on the Sick

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

Pronunciation

Adh-hibil-ba'sa rabban-nasi, washfi antash-shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifa'an la yughadiru saqaman.

Translation

Remove the affliction, O Lord of mankind. Grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves behind no ailment.
