خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ

Pronunciation

Hayrüküm men tealleme'l-Kur'âne ve allemeh.

Translation

The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.
